Today, the name Yenidze stands for a unique piece of oriental architecture found in the core of Dresden. In 1909, the manufacturer Hugo Zietz had it built in the style of a mosque to use it as a tobacco factory and named it after the tobacco-growing region, which had been located in the former Ottoman Empire.
