Alicia Silverstone is taking New York Fashion Week by storm. The 45-year-old actress, who stars alongside Rebel Wilson in the upcoming movie Senior Year, showed off her toned legs—and, TBH, she looks right at home next to those supermodels.

Alicia rocked a sheer, lacy dress at Christian Siriano's runway show. Her killer legs and sculpted arms are on full display. And, fans on Instagram couldn't get enough.

"Icon, goddess 😭🖤✨✨✨," someone commented. Another user added, "Dress is amazing! You look fabulous!" And, all one fan had to say was "LEGS!" (which is really all this look needs).

Wondering how Alicia stays in such great shape? For starters, she's been open about her love for yoga and walking in the past. "Sometimes when I walk, I try to meditate by listening to the trees and sounds, smelling the air, and feeling my steps," she told Well + Good.

"I also enjoy Barry’s Bootcamp or some kind of circuit training class," she added.

Plus, she brings her son Bear along with her on all kinds of outdoor adventures—like kayaking in Alaska.

Food-wise, Alicia sticks to a vegan diet. "It depends on the day, but my go-to dishes are immune boosting miso soup, steamed or blanched greens with ume vinaigrette, sweet rice, amaranth, and apricot breakfast porridge, or mochi waffles," she shared with Well + Good.

Alicia also chefs up delicious vegan meals in her kitchen on the reg—like these tacos (yum!). And, she wrote The Kind Diet, a vegan cookbook filled with many of her favorite recipes.

“I always bring everything back to diet,” Alicia told The New York Times. “When I don’t eat well, I don’t feel well, and then my moods go all over the place.”

Now that, I can get behind. Killing it, Alicia!
